Bagwich Barn is a 17th Century Grade II listed Stone Barn situated in the centre of the Isle of Wight on a quiet country lane just outside the pretty thatched village of Godshill. The barn was converted into two holiday cottages in 2009, and offers comfortable, modern accommodation in a delightful rural environment.
The barn is situated within the 6 acre grounds of Bagwich House, a 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse.
Godshill is easily accessible from all parts of the Isle of Wight, some 3 miles from the Island's capital of Newport and 6 miles from the sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin. Godshill's many tea gardens, restaurants and pubs are a pleasant walk or a short drive away, and the popular Chequers Inn, which serves good food all day, is less than half a mile away.
The area is popular for walking, cycling and horse riding and has a large network of foot and bridal paths.
